The images originate from the photo album created in the prisoner-of-war camp by Captain Ilić D. Petar together with other prisoners as part of an amateur photography workshop. I received the photographs from the grandson Dušan. His words remain part of this history even today: “If we stop talking about it, they will die a second time.”
